Ruth C. Taylor is the former Zoning and Housing Officer of the Township of Montclair. Ruth has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 16 years. Her learned skills in the City of Orange Planning & Zoning Department and in the Montclair Public Affairs Department, coupled with her experience in real estate, gave Ruth a solid background on which to join S.T. Alien Realty, Inc.
