With a masters degree in Real Estate, Sam is a third-generation licensed real estate professional. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IRM), and a Registered Apartment Manager with the National Association of Home Builders. Sam is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
